Registration for the conference party and lunch will be available via this site. Delegates are asked to make their own accommodation arrangements. As hotel availability in Toyama is limited, delegates are asked to make their reservations early. If you pre-register your attendance, please pay your conference fees before June 14. Delegates who have submitted a presentation proposal also need to re-register their attendance.
Registration fees
Conference attendance fees are ¥1,500. These are payable to the reception desk on the day of the conference.
Lunch and Gala Dinner
Boxed lunches
Boxed lunches are available for both days, but must be reserved in advance. The costs are ¥1,050 per day. The deadline for cancellation of lunch is June 26.
Gala Dinner
The conference Gala Dinner is Saturday June 29 from 18:30 at the Toyama Denki Building. Fees are ¥6,000 per person.
